The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer, because efficiency is unique to their body. To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and a client history. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. We appreciate that your motivation is golf but during your assessment we invariably pick up something that could improve your health, that could be anything from poor posture to blood pressure - well, we would like to address that too.
What you end up with is a personalised plan of activity that fits in with you and your time with video demonstrations, app support, constant motivation and support throughout to achieve your results

Your body is the most valuable club in your bag, 7 x your bodyweight goes through your spine for each swing (running is only x2 !) so if your want to play better and for longer then you need to take care of that body. this class covers Stability, Mobility, Power and Strength. we use Reformer Pilates equipment, Kettlebells, TRX, SuperSpeed Sticks and golf specific equipment to get you moving the best your can
